At Smeg UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium appliance. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated UK customer service team via our online portal or phone to provide your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare the Appliance

  Ensure the product is securely repacked in its original Smeg box, including all internal protective materials, manuals, and accessories.

  Schedule Collection

  For large appliances, we will arrange a professional two-man collection service; for smaller items, a prepaid courier label will be provided for your local drop-off point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
