For major domestic appliances like range cookers and refrigerators, delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days. Our specialist two-man delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient time slot.
How long is the warranty on Smeg products?
All Smeg appliances come with a standard 2-year parts and labour warranty. Selected models may be eligible for a 5-year promotional warranty if registered within 90 days of purchase.
Where can I find the serial number on my appliance?
The serial number is located on the rating plate. For ovens, this is usually inside the door frame; for fridges, it is often behind the salad drawer; and for small appliances, it is located on the base.
Do you offer an installation service for integrated appliances?
Yes, we offer professional installation services for integrated dishwashers, washing machines, and cooling products. You can select this service at the checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for small appliances?
Small appliances such as kettles and toasters can be returned within 28 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
